Decent BBQ. Good portions. Both the Potato Salad and Cole Slaw were just meh. BBQ chicken VERY good. Pulled pork pretty good.

Been waiting 40 minutes on bbq sandwiches. We'll see how much longer this can go.Update: after 2 non-apologies from 2 different waitresses and 50 minutes of waiting, I'm out. Not coming back

Went with a group of 4 (business trip) while we were in town. This is a cool, hole-in-the-wall-type place with pretty good food. The staff was very friendly, but certainly not in a hurry to get to us. We literally sat for 10 minutes before they even brought us a menu. The food also took a long time to come out, even though they were not very busy. I'm not sure if it is just the small-town, slower pace of life or because we were strangers....but it was worth the wait overall. Not that I wouldn't go back again, but we didn't go back that week because we had a limited time for lunch each day.

We have been loyal customers for over 14 years. We picked up Wednesday for rib night. They were the best ribs we had ever had. Every bite was perfect. So glad that this local BBQ place has been able to survive and thrive. Looking forward to another meal very soon.

Ate BBQ Chef Salad and was delicious. Salads are definitely a good size for the price.

This family owned restaurant is AMAZING! The BBQ is some of the best I've had, and the service is phenomenal. Will return every time I visit my family in the area.

You know a place off the beaten path with minimal signage that packs a crowd every day must be good - and it is. Bailey's has been a family-owned NW Georgia staple for decades for a reason. Delicious homemade BBQ and fixins across the board. Excellent pulled pork and sauces and the best baked beans anywhere. Portions are generous and my wife and I often order the kids meals and go home full. Very good breakfast spot too. Service is always friendly and attentive. My favorite BBQ place in the area and worth a drive if you're in the general area.

Had lunch with some friends at Sheriffs dept and the food is amazing. I had the chicken and dressing. Ate all of my food and didn't have room for dessert but it looked just as good as the food I had. I will be back for sure. I have heard alot of good reviews about this place.

Great family atmosphere and great food.

If you have not been here, you are missing out! One of the best BBQ places in the area! Family owned. The staff is always kind and the food is so good. We are regulars and they always recognize/remember us each time we go. Definitely recommend if you are looking for some delicious bbq. The pork, ribs, and meatloaf are the best items on the menu.

Fine service and meat as well as delicious fries. You certainly won't go hungry here. Only issue we had were with some of the side items. The beans are heavy on vinegar and the potato salad tastes like pure mustard. Overall a great experience just avoid those items if you can.

I'm giving Bailey's a five star solely for their Fried chicken salad!! If you don't want the meat? That's fine!! Get the Chef's salad! Huge, Fresh, loaded!! Lovely people there also!!

Always friendly service, good food, good variety of southern style foods, daily specials and generous helpings all at a great price.

A little hard to find but worth the hunt. Let your GPS find it. Plate lunches Monday thru Thursday and the best ribs on Wed and Friday night. Plenty of food, good service and local feel. The prices are very reasonable.

Nomnom.... best sammage around. Also try the spicy sauce. You can buy it in bulk

I've yet to dine in, so my experience has only ever been through carryout. I'm a fan of their breakfast! They have a wide variety of choices and the serving sizes are hefty. The prices are a little on the high side but remember your paying for quality. Keep up the good work!

Country style cooking. With some pulled pork. And ribs only in certain days. But the food was good. Especially for the price. It is better than cracker barrel.

Liked it. First time there. Been meaning to stop.Very different coleslaw not sure why.They were super friendly and fast to serve.Thought prices a bit high but potions everything are large.Plan on breakfast there. Here they serve a very good one from friends 😊
